Not at all. While the program is designed to be completed in 28 days, it's fully flexible. You can go at your own pace — whether that’s one video per day, two per week, or something that fits your schedule. The goal is consistency, not perfection, so that you can build time for learning and reflection into your routine.
We encourage you to replace 15-minutes of your usual daily online activity with the Reset course for the duration of the program.
