The main difference between the weekly and daily formats is the amount of space for you to write and plan.
The Weekly version has 200 pages, with a weekly spread laid out over two pages. The Daily version has 408 pages, with one A5 page per weekday, and weekends sharing one page.
This means there is more space for priority-setting, goals, note-taking, and appointments in the Daily, while the Weekly gives you more of an overview of your week at a glance.
The Daily has one inspirational quote per day, whilst the Weekly has one quote per week.
Both formats are A5 sized, made of the same high-quality FSC-certified materials, and include the same fully-updated monthly content, tools and Make it Happen steps each month to help you build your Mental Fitness.
The 2026 Resilience Agenda Mental Fitness Diary & Planner is the world's only physical diary designed to help you make the habits and skills of Mental Fitness a part of everyday life.

It takes about 28 days to build a new habit, so at the end of each month, you should have a new skill for protecting and improving your wellbeing.

The diary starts from 1 January 2026 and goes through to 31 December 2026. But, you can start reading through the material, practicing the activities, and filling in key dates any time you like.
You don't need to start the program in January. You can pick up the diary at any time during the year (perhaps before July), and catch-up easily.
Currently, our diaries are only available in English. We are considering adding more languages in the future as our global audience grows.
The 2026 diary includes holidays and observances for Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Singapore, Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands.
It also includes many of the popular mental health and wellbeing awareness days celebrated internationally.
The 2026 diary comes in two formats:
- Weekly view: 52-week pages in a vertical format.
- Daily view: Single page per day, with one page for Saturday and Sunday.
Both formats are available in A5 size. The Weekly has 200 pages, and the Daily has 408 pages.
The diary is (210mm x 148mm).
The diaries are recommended for individuals 14 and above due to the nature of the text-based content and concepts.
There's nothing sensitive or triggering in the diaries, however, we the topics may invite self-reflection, which may be challenging for some people.
We do not currently offer a children's version for children below 14.

Shipping and Delivery
Australia & New Zealand: Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse - typically within 24 hours. For metro locations in Australia, delivery takes roughly 3-4 business/working days. In regional areas, it extends to 5-6 business/working days, and for remote locations in QLD, WA, and NT, please allow up to a week or longer.
New Zealand: It usually takes about a 8-10 working days, though sometimes it might take a little longer depending on your location. New Zealand orders are dispatched every second day.
For all orders, tracking numbers are emailed to you once your item leaves our warehouse, not at the point of purchase.

Sometimes, delays happen with delivery. Please check your tracking number which is sent to you within 72 hours of your order when your order leaves our warehouse.
If you did not receive a tracking number, or you're concerned about a potential lost delivery, please fill out our Contact Us Form with the following details and your inquiry:

If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder.
Bear in mind that tracking numbers are sent out when goods leave our warehouse, not a the point of purchase.

For all of our Australian customers, we deliver to P.O Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
For our international customers, please enter a physical home or work address.
Unfortunately, this can happen. Whether it is due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal of the delivery, or the parcel not being collected from the post office in time.
We offer a re-dispatch option once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse, this will incur a fee, as we need to ship it again, and this incurs cost. Please be sure to contact us if you believe your parcel has been returned to the sender.
Because we aim to dispatch our orders within 24 hours of receiving them, editing your order including changes to shipping addresses may not be possible once an order has been processed.
- If your order has been dispatched, we are no longer able to make any changes as it will be in the hands of the courier. We then suggest contacting the courier directly with your tracking number to redirect or change the shipping address.
- If your order hasn't been dispatched we will do our best to update your address. Please reach out to us ASAP by filling out the Contact Us Form with the order details.

Diary & Planner Customization
Yes, you can! For orders of 100 diaries or more, we can co-brand the diary with your company logo. Please fill out the Bulk Order Form for a quote.
Cobranding does involve an additional cost as we need to make a physical stamp and apply the stamp to our diaries.
We offer three options for co-branding: Debossed (like our Resilience Agenda logo), Gold Foil, or Silver Foil.

If you'd like to return a defective or damaged product (which hardly ever happens), we are sorry, and it’s most likely our fault. Even if it’s not, it is definitely our responsibility! We’ve had about three returned products from over 120,000 purchases over the years, so that’s unlikely.
For quality purposes, please send us a photo of the damage in question with a brief explanation on our chatbot within 24 hours of receiving your order.
