Privacy Policy

We aren’t a big company, and we don’t use fancy tricks to try to scam you. Having said that, the internet is all about collecting and processing data, and we simply couldn’t operate without doing that. Having said that, we want you to know a little about our privacy policy and how we are aiming to do the right thing.

We are Resilience Agenda Pty Ltd – an Australian based mental health education and gift product company aiming to make talking about mental health not suck.

We more or less collect the same basic information as every other website on the internet. To do this we use your IP address location at the time to help us better understand our customers and give you a more relevant service - that's anonymous. This might include the country you are visiting us from, how you found our website, how long you spend on our site and which pages you visit. This helps us build more content that people actually visit, spend time on and want to read.

We use cookies so that our site remembers that you’ve visited our page and doesn’t give you the same annoying pop-ups everytime you return.

We do share your data with one third party platform – that is Google’s Analytics page which helps us build a better site. Every website on the internet does this so it’s nothing unusual.

We also exchange data with Facebook and Instagram, but we don't track you individually here.

Your data is stored on our Wordpress server, and when you agree to sign up to our newsletter on the world's largest email management server - Mailchimp.

Regarding our transactions, our page is secured through SSL encryption technology, our payments platform is world class (Woo-Commerce), and our credit cards are processed through Stripe and Paypal, two globally trusted online leaders. In four years of business, we have never had one single issue of fraud.

If you decide to contact us, we will ask you for your name, email, how you heard about us, and other details which we will keep secure. This is just like sending anyone a normal email.

That’s about it. If you have a question or concern regarding your privacy please just send us an email at

Thanks for supporting our mission to Change the Meaning of Mental Health.
