Resilience Agenda dispatches your items from the fastest, most reliable, cheapest, and lowest carbon-impact warehouse possible. At Resilience Agenda, we are equipped with not one or two but three global warehouses—one in Melbourne, Australia; another one in Wales, United Kingdom; and the third one in Germany.

Our Australian, New Zealand, and South East Asian customers are supported by our Melbourne-based warehouse in Somerton, Victoria.

Our Oswestry warehouse in Wales, United Kingdom, supports our United Kingdom customers, along with the United States, Canada, and the rest of the world.

Our European customers, both EU and non-EU, are served by our Germany-based warehouse.

We dispatch from our Australian warehouse using Australia Post for the best rates, quickest delivery, and best reach across Australia, New Zealand, and to serve our South-East Asian customers. For large and corporate orders, we use Toll Express couriers.

The estimated times of delivery to Melbourne and Sydney metro are usually 2-3 days post-dispatch. To Regional VIC, NSW, Brisbane, and Adelaide, it's 4-5 days. To Perth, it takes 6-7 days. And everywhere else, it's standard Australia Post delivery times. For New Zealand, this can take up to two weeks due to their irregular/ slow postal services. Delays are possible although not very common. Please do not contact us until these times have passed if your order has not arrived. Also, please allow some time between placing your order and actually receiving a dispatch confirmation email from the warehouse: These emails are auto-generated when the postal services take your order from us. Please write to us if you haven't received any shipping notification after some working days.

Also know that sometimes shipping confirmations go to spam and you may miss them there. Items are dispatched from our United Kingdom warehouse. To customers in the United Kingdom, we use Royal Mail, while international customers are serviced by a mixture of international couriers to European Union, USA, Canada, and rest of world locations. Approximate delivery times to the United Kingdom are 72 hours post-dispatch; however, international can be up to 7-10 days depending on location. Please be patient during this busy pre-xmas season.

Only contact us if your order is grossly delayed, and in doing so please quote your 5 digit order number.

Returns

On the off chance of return or refund, in case you find our products not to your liking, we more than happily offer a full refund. Since we give a percentage of our profits away to charity, we request that you think about gifting it first to somebody who will use the product if you have found you don't like it. In this way, we get to utilize our profit to support local mental health charities.

If you would genuinely like a refund, please contact us with you order number to let us know why, and we will return your money.

If it is damaged in the post, please send us a picture; send us your order number, and we would be happy to send a free replacement out to you.
