For returns, if you decide you do not like our product, we ask you to use it as a gift for someone who might appreciate it. This way we are able to use our profits to grow and support local charities such as Australian Rotary Health. If you would genuinely like a refund, please contact us, and we’ll sort that out for you.

Of course, if a diary arrives to you damaged or broken we will either refund you or replace it free of charge. The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority.

  1. Is the content of the 2024 Mental Fitness & Wellbeing Diary updated every year? 
    Yes. The dates, holidays, content and ‘Make it Happen’ steps of our diaries are updated annually with new and improved content that helps you explore the Mental Fitness Toolkit at your own pace.

    That makes each and every edition of the Mental Fitness & Wellbeing Diary truly unique and updated with the latest science and insights, even if you’ve purchased one in the past.
     
  2. How long does it take for me to receive my diary?
    Shipping times depend on where you are.

    Our Australian, New Zealand, South East Asian and East Asian orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse. 
    For our Australian and New Zealand Customers, our orders are processed daily, and dispatched at the latest the day after you have placed your order. 

    Smaller orders are handled by Australia Post, while bulk, wholesale and large international orders are usually transported by our courier partner Toll Express. 

    Standard Delivery to metro locations in Australia takes roughly 2-3 days. For regional areas, this may extend to 3-4 days. For remote locations in Qld, WA and NT, please allow a week or so for your deliveries. 

    For our New Zealand friends, it can take as little as a week for your goods to arrive, but may sometimes take a little longer depending on your location.

    For our international customers, delivery times depend on location, but are dispatched every second day from our Melbourne warehouse.
     
  3. How much is shipping?
    Flat rate shipping across Australia is just $5 per order. For express shipping, it’s just $7.50 per order to get your order as quickly as possible. 

    For New Zealand, standard shipping is $7.50. 

    Purchases above $100 are eligible for free shipping to one location.

    With discounted or co-branded diaries, we are happy to offer free standard shipping on our discounted rates to one location across Australia.

  4. Do you offer special pricing for bulk purchases?
    Yes, we offer discounts ranging from 10% - 50% depending on the quantity that you are keen to order. If you’re hosting an event, would like to purchase our diaries for your employees in larger quantities, or spread the message in a wholesale setting, please contact us!
     
  5. Can I Co-Brand the diary with our company logo?
    Yes, you certainly can! With a minimum order of 50 diaries, we would be happy to place any logo of your choice on the front cover of the diary alongside ours!

    There is a small additional charge per diary for stamping, design, and processing. 
     
  6. What Does The Co-Branding Look Like?
    We offer three options for co-branding: Debossed (like the Resilience Agenda logo), Gold Foil, or Silver Foil.

  7. What is the expected delivery time for the Co-Branded Diaries?
    Our logo printing is done right here in Australia, so you’ll receive your diaries within roughly two weeks upon order confirmation and design approval. The duration it will take for you to receive the diaries thereafter depends on your location. If you’re in a hurry, just let us know, and we’ll do everything we can to expedite the process.

    For international orders, it depends. We would allow an additional 2-3 weeks, just in case.
     
  8. I am a registered NFP, school or community organization – can I get a discount?
    Yes, we love helping out the community in any way we can. Just tell us who you are and we’ll help out with an extra special discount.
     
  9. Who is this diary for?
    The diary is designed for anyone who has an interest in self-care, personal development, psychology or mental health.

    Importantly, you do not need to have any prior experience with mental illness to benefit from our diaries. That’s why the Mental Fitness message is so powerful.

    Although our diaries are designed for everyone, if you are currently suffering from an acute or severe mental illness, please speak to your healthcare professional as you use the diary. 
     
  10. Are the diaries suitable for children?
    In short, no. We would advise that people 16 and above use our diaries. Some of the topics in the diaries are challenging, while other concepts may be difficult to understand for some people. 

    Additionally, the diaries have a large amount of written content, strategies and ideas that may be complex for younger readers. 
     
  11. What are the payment methods you offer?
    We offer Credit Cards such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express and more, Paypal for secure shopping, and Afterpay. If there’s a method you think we should use, get in touch. 

    For bulk or corporate orders, we offer the option to pay via credit card or bank transfer. 
     
  12. When does the diary start?
    The diary starts from 1 January 2024 and goes all the way through to 31st December 2024.
     
    Having said that, it is common to purchase the diaries prior to Christmas and read up on the content and skills before the new year starts.
     
  13. Is the diary available in different languages?
    No, unfortunately the diaries are only currently available in English. If that changes in the future, we’ll be sure to keep you posted.

    We are considering different languages as our global audience grows. If you have a suggestion for us, please get in touch and we’ll add that to our planning.
     
  14. Which holidays are in the diary?
    The 2024 Mental Fitness & Wellbeing Diary features Australian and New Zealand national and state holidays and observances in our main spread. 

    In a feature new to the 2024 diary edition, we now also include a list of national holidays for the following list of countries: Australia, New Zealand, the United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Germany.
     
  15. How is the diary supposed to be used?
    The diary is designed to be used as a traditional appointment book or planner to help you organize your life. Although smartphones are valuable, diaries help give you a birds-eye view over your week, and guide you as you prioritize the most important things for your wellbeing and your work.
     
  16. Does the diary have exercises or questions in it?
    The diary features 15 monthly content spreads outlining a valuable evidence-based Mental Fitness concept. 

    At the conclusion of each chapter, we offer “Make It Happen” steps that give you practical suggestions for how to apply the knowledge you’ve just learnt based on how much time and energy you are able to invest.

    The steps include:

    Reflect: a question designed to get you thinking. We invite you to take a few quiet moments to carefully consider your mindset toward that month’s topic.

    Plan: gives you a practical ‘next step’ to add to your weekly or monthly schedule. Pre-committing with a block of time is the first step toward creating a new routine or change.

    Act: is a chance for you to do something ‘different’ and thereby get different results.
     
  17. Do I need to have a mental health issue to use this product? 
    Absolutely not. The 2024 Mental Fitness & Wellbeing diary is designed to meet you where you are whether you are struggling with life’s challenges or doing fine and hoping to build and protect your wellbeing.
     
  18. Does the diary come in different sizes?
    Unfortunately, not at the moment. The 2024 Mental Fitness & Wellbeing Diary is available in size A5 (210mm x 148mm) which from our research and customer interactions is a size big enough to have enough space to write, but small enough to be portable and discreet.
     
  19. Can I return the diary if I don’t like it?
    Yes, however, if you decide you don’t like our diaries, we’d encourage you to first consider giving our diary as a gift to a loved one or colleague. That helps us keep costs down and continue our mission to support mental health charities.

    If you would genuinely like a refund, we will arrange one for you, provided you are able to return us the diaries in a saleable condition.

    Naturally, if your diary arrives damaged or broken, we will offer you a refund or express post free replacement free of charge. 
    Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

  22. Do you give money to charities that support mental health?
    Yes, every year Resilience Agenda supports the preventative research of Australian Rotary Health (ARH) with significant donations and support. ARH is focused on funding research into child and adolescent mental health issues in order to prevent the next generation suffering from poor mental health.  
     
  23. Is the diary available in a digital version?
    Unfortunately not. The whole purpose of a physical diary is to provide people an opportunity for reflection and a ‘bird’s eye view' of their days, weeks and months. Furthermore, the Mental Fitness content and activities are designed to be worked through slowly over the space of a year.
     
  24. Is the diary available in A4 size? 
    The diary is available in A5 size with a week covering two pages. This provides enough room to write daily priorities and key appointments while still being portable and light enough to carry around.
