We offer three different options for you to choose from:

To have your diaries co-branded, we would require a minimum order of 100 diaries, in a mix of any of our five stylish colours on offer.

What is the expected delivery time for the Co-Branded Diaries?

Our logo printing is done right here in Australia, so you’ll receive your diaries within roughly two weeks upon order confirmation and design approval. The duration it will take for you to receive the diaries thereafter depends on your location. If you’re in a hurry, just let us know, and we’ll do everything we can to expedite the process.

For international orders, it depends. We would allow an additional 2-3 weeks, just in case.

How much is shipping?

For discounted or co-branded diaries, we are happy to offer free standard shipping on our discounted rates to one location across Australia.

Do you offer special pricing for bulk purchases?

We offer discounts ranging from 10% - 50% depending on the quantity that you are keen to order. If you’re hosting an event, would like to purchase our diaries for your employees in larger quantities, or spread the message in a wholesale setting, please fill in the form below or contact us!

Who is this diary for?

The diary is designed for anyone who has an interest in self-care, personal development, psychology or mental health.

Importantly, you do not need to have any prior experience with mental illness to benefit from our diaries. That’s why the Mental Fitness message is so powerful.

Although our diaries are designed for everyone, if you are currently suffering from an acute or severe mental illness, please speak to your healthcare professional as you use the diary. 
What are the payment methods you offer?

We offer Credit Cards such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express and more, Paypal for secure shopping, and Afterpay. If there’s a method you think we should use, get in touch. 

For bulk or corporate orders, we offer the option to pay via credit card or bank transfer. 
When does the diary start?

The diary starts from 1 January 2024 and goes all the way through to 31st December 2024.
Having said that, it is common to purchase the diaries prior to Christmas and read up on the content and skills before the new year starts.

Is the diary available in different languages?

No, unfortunately the diaries are only currently available in English. If that changes in the future, we’ll be sure to keep you posted.

We are considering different languages as our global audience grows. If you have a suggestion for us, please get in touch and we’ll add that to our planning.
Which holidays are in the diary?

The 2024 Mental Fitness & Wellbeing Diary features Australian and New Zealand national and state holidays and observances in our main spread. 

In a feature new to the 2024 diary edition, we now also include a list of national holidays for the following list of countries: Australia, New Zealand, the United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Germany.
How is the diary supposed to be used?

The diary is designed to be used as a traditional appointment book or planner to help you organize your life. Although smartphones are valuable, diaries help give you a birds-eye view over your week, and guide you as you prioritize the most important things for your wellbeing and your work.
Does the diary have exercises or questions in it?

The diary features 15 monthly content spreads outlining a valuable evidence-based Mental Fitness concept. 

At the conclusion of each chapter, we offer “Make It Happen” steps that give you practical suggestions for how to apply the knowledge you’ve just learnt based on how much time and energy you are able to invest.

The steps include:

Reflect: a question designed to get you thinking. We invite you to take a few quiet moments to carefully consider your mindset toward that month’s topic.

Plan: gives you a practical ‘next step’ to add to your weekly or monthly schedule. Pre-committing with a block of time is the first step toward creating a new routine or change.

Act: is a chance for you to do something ‘different’ and thereby get different results.
