Our refund and returns policy is generous but limited. If your item has been dispatched, we'd prefer not to offer you a full refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or order the wrong colour.
This is because when an item is opened, it is no longer in a saleable condition.
If you absolutely regret your diary purchase, and you're adamant that you can't use the item, we will give you a refund of the product's value minus the shipping fees.
Of course, if your goods are lost or damaged, we will of course replace these at our cost and in most cases offer free upgrades to express post.
