Imagine if people could think about and improve their Mental Fitness just like they do their physical fitness.
We inspire people to take action with The Mental Fitness toolkit in our best-selling diaries, seminars & workshops.

Resilience Agenda
Resilience Agenda was founded in 2016 by Melbourne native Hadleigh Fischer to inspire people to take a more pro-active approach to the way we think about Mental Health.

Growing up in a family affected by mental ill-health, Hadleigh, like most people at the time had internalised the stigma and shame associated with mental ill-health.
Initially embarrassed to share and open up, he went on a journey of learning and discovery and decided that making a difference in the way people think about mental health was to become his life’s mission.
Hadleigh became fascinated by how we can pro-actively maintain our mental health when we are well, knowing the right strategies for effective early-intervention when we do start to struggle, and finding ways to inspire the people around him to share his passion for positive Mental Health. And the idea of Mental Fitness and the Resilience Agenda was born.
Inspired by the tools of positive psychology yet discouraged by its inaccessible language and lack of relevance to many people, Hadleigh decided to start a movement dedicated to positive, pro-active and preventative Mental Health strategies using the metaphor of Mental Fitness.
Four years later and with more than 20,000 social media followers, tens of thousands of customers later, and dozens of inspiring keynotes, talks and presentations around the world and online, Hadleigh and Resilience Agenda are not only Changing the Meaning of Mental Health, but also changing the way we communicate mental health awareness.
Hadleigh has been writing, speaking and teaching about resilience and Mental Fitness for over 7 years. Hadleigh has a background in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, holds a Masters of Business from the Northwestern University of Switzerland, is a qualified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor & Trainer, an official partner to Mental Health First Aid International.
