We then delve into a highly practical and thoughtful discussion of how to support someone whose mental health we are worried about, we run through in detail how to actually ask: “Are you okay?” and discover what to do after we’ve asked and the answer is “No”. 

The chapter from 29:47 until 51:29 should be required listening for every manager, coach, parent, friend and spouse where we discuss the ins and out of how to start, carry-on and conclude a conversation with someone who you think might be struggling with their life situation.
